About Us

Dolti Power Company Limited was established on April 7, 2013, as a privately held firm before transitioning to a publicly traded entity on July 15, 2021. The company oversees the operation of a 4.5-megawatt Padam Khola run-of-river hydropower plant located in the Dailekh district of Karnali province, Nepal. The plant operates with a Q40 probability of exceedance and a designed discharge of 2.27 cubic meters per second. Commencing commercial activities on December 24, 2019, ahead of the originally scheduled date of February 20, 2021, the project was completed at an approximate total cost of NPR 1,101 million, equivalent to around NPR 245 million per megawatt. The project's financing structure consisted of a debt-equity ratio of approximately 66:34.
